Formally the Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Critical Care, Cardiac Catheterization Recovery, Emergency Department and Dialysis units for the Salem VAMC Salem VA 24153 I reported to the Department of Employee Education and perform the following duties: staff education, research, consulting on complex patients and by other areas as a clinical expert in neuroscience nursing.  I also consulted and cared for highly unstable complex patients when needed in the critical care areas and Emergency Department.

    How is central nervous system vasculitis treated?

    Usually CNS vasculitis is treated with steroids usally predisone and cyclosporin. Your physician would be the one to order dosages and the medication strategy that is best for you.
