I'm excited about eating some good food. Ya know what I mean– food that's cooked well, it was grown a few miles from my home, and it took it's time evolving with the earth like the rest of us, instead of in a lab with mad scientists tinkering away at it's genetic structure.
I'm excited about sitting on a bouncy ball at work, taking walks with the dog, and breathing some fresh air in a park on the weekend. Getting healthy doesn't mean living on a treadmill.
And I'm excited about my friends and family making good choices in their lives that cause them to eat better and find harmony in the world around them. Our habits are generations in the making, and it takes courage and support to change for the better.
