Alicen Ronan, NASM Elite Trainer

Bio

Alicen is an NASM certified personal trainer whose goal is to help clients realize that even small fitness and wellness changes can have a big impact. After making major improvements in her own health and fitness in 2006, including losing 60 pounds, Alicen decided that she wanted to help others make the same type of improvements. The sport management program at California University of Pennsylvania, along with her training certification from the NASM, have helped her develop the knowledge needed to lead her clients into fitter, more active lifestyles. In 2011 Alicen started her own company, Former Fitness Flunky, LLC to offer her personal training services to those in need.
