I am not a patient of Dr. Winters however a friend suggested I reach out to him for his expertise and knowledge of doctors within the electrophysiology community at large. I needed to find a doctor who could perform a very specialized procedure. I left a message with his nurses to request help. Dr. Winters was kind and thoughtful enough to call me back not only once but twice with his referral suggestion. That was beyond and above. Keep in mind that I am not even a patient at his practice. I am so appreciative of his quick and conscientious response.
