I just want to help someone who came to US as K1 visa holder (fiancee visa) and trying to prepare medical exam documents for Adjustment of Status From (Green Card). If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) who had a medical examination within the past year, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. So I called tens of clinics from USCIS list and all of them wanted to do entire medical exam taking hundreds dollars. They don't listen that you had medical exam in your country and only need a vaccination supplement. I was very happy finding Dr. Satar Ahmadi. He said that he knows requirements and can prepare a vaccination list for me. I was missing flu vaccine only and got it in CVS. Dr.Ahmadi prepared my documents for me and provided in a sealed envelop. I was worried if my documents are fine. But last week I received my green card and want to recommend Dr. Ahmadi. He will save you much money if you had medical exam and only need a vaccination supplement!
