Dr Bruce Felselstein is the perfect kind of Dr to treat patients coming into the ER. I even mentioned to him that he has a calming effect - to which he replied "People coming into the ER are already feeling stressed out and there is no reason to add to it!" Paraphrased - as it was last year that I made a trip to the ER. We really need more doctors like this.
