I have had physical therapy before with two other PT for unrelated matters, because I did not know of about Dr. Loy. I went for physical therapy after I had surgery to repair ruptured rotator cuff and bicep tendons, bone spurs and torn muscles. From the first appointment, I knew instantly that he was superior to the others. I felt genuinely welcome from the moment I walked into his office.
