Before working with Spencer, I had consistent lower back pain from bone spurs. Now my pain has dissipated and is much more manageable than it once was. He is very knowledgeable of the human body and is excellent in creating customized plans to help meet your health goals. My favorite part working with him was that he is an excellent listener and helps me execute the results I was looking for. You have helped me think about my health on a daily basis rather than only when I felt sick. Now I make my health a priority and don’t allow day-to-day stress of daily living to impact me as much. All of my grown children have seen my good results and this has motivated them to start a training and exercise program.
