Aquacare Physical Therapy-Right hip pain and lower lumbar pain Shannon Arnie, Physical Therapist/Miracle Worker, is the best physical therapist I've ever met. I've had right hip and lower back issues most of my life (67 years.) I sought treatment every place I could find: Orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, other physical therapists, even podiatrists. They all had ‘theories’ about what might be going on but never tried to fix it. Luckily, Shannon figured out what was happening. Specific bones were out of alignment. During the years my bones were out of place, the muscles in the area were either too tight or too loose, and there was a lot of inflammation. Once the inflammation calmed down, Shannon could better sort out what needed to be done and get everything into its proper place. Now I'm doing exercises to strengthen the muscles needed to hold it all together. I am so happy to have found Shannon and the other wonderful therapists at Aquacare Physical Therapy.
