My experience with Sarah Flanders as my Physical Therapist was both helpful and informative. She diagnosed what my problem was. She called it 'Frozen Shoulder,' and she formulated a series of therapies to help alleviate the relative discomfort of reaching for items with that condition of my shoulder. Ms. Flanders is a consummate professional. She is friendly, kind, obviously well trained, and highly solicitous of your feelings and needs. Also, she gave me printouts of home exercises to help extend the benefits of the therapeutic exercises done at the Life Fitness Physical Therapy offices.I would highly recommend, without reservation, Life Fitness Physical Therapy to anyone who may need that kind of health care service.
