The absolute best physical rehabilitation therapist! The knee and leg strengthening techniques and exercises she taught me back in 1983 and in 1984 have kept my knees and shoulder girdle in great walking, air-resistance biking and swimming (mostly crawl, butterfly, backstroke and lifesaving stroke with forward and backward opening side kick) and ballet barre knee developpés, plus 90 degree parallel knee bends since 1984! My warmest heartfelt success wishes to Trish for all her expert knee and shoulder-girdle rehab training techniques , from Javier Luis y Prado, A. all the way down south near Antarctica in Ciudad de Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina! I have never had any better physical therapist in my life! ( I am 59 now and have had 5 knee operations : 2 internal menisci, and 2 ACL reconstructions and a full right knee replacement by now), but thanks to Trish´s expert rehab training I am still walking, swimming, biking, and doing barre knee strengthening exercises today at 59 yrs. of age, since 1983 -- when I had my first 12-week knee rehab program with her at the former FLa. Sportsmedicine and Phys. Rehab Center in Coral Gables, Fla. All my fondest and warmest gratitude to Trish for all her expert knee and shoulder blade rehab expertise and my fullest, 100000% recommendation for her expert patient rapport and rehab technique know-how!
