Michele was my physical therapist for a period of 7 weeks. I needed a rehab regimen for post spinal surgery and the exercise program she composed was very effective. We started with basic exercises to strengthen my core and leg muscles then progressed to a more comprehensive regimen. She incorporated machine and band methodologies and was willing to provide me with the tools I needed for “homework.” She created and encouraged a Home Exercise Program that was doable and effective. In addition to her expertise in physiology she provided an environment that made me feel comfortable and was always encouraging.
