Mary Z. understood, dIagnosed, clearly explained, and both developed/executed a comprehensive plan With ME as a collaborative partnership; working with me to comprehend all aspects of my condition and empower me to take ownership of our plan to feel better! This means not only knowing what to do and how to do it, but, equally as important, learning about what was happening to my body, why so, and how important it is to self advocate changes ... with ongoing support from my mentor!
