I apparently caught the Oregon Clinic Orthopedics department in a bad way. My left knee ACL replacement surgery was completed on Thursday, July 1, 2021. The surgery went well. The staff were in the midst of turnover and a complete new software suite. Although they forgot to meet with me after the surgery to go over my exercises and Physical Therapy setup. They sent me home instead. Mark did manage to give me a phone call on the way home where I was still under the drugs they had given me. I did remember that I was supposed to do leg lifts as much as I could and to try and bend my knee 90 deg or as far as I could. Later, I had questions and no one answered my emails or phone calls over the July 4th weekend. I finally got a hold of someone during the next week after over an hour's wait on the phone. This continued for another week until my first phone visit with Mark Davis 2 1/2 weeks later! I didn'treceive my first PT session until July 29. Disappointing. Apology was issued.
