I sustained a concussion in May 2019 and after seeing many different top practitioners and expensive practitioners for 1.5 years, I was making very minimal gains on my persistent concussion symptoms. Finally, I saw Lauren in Park City - she was monumental in my recovery! She takes a dynamic, caring, and passionate approach to PCS. She created an empowering space for vulnerability as I struggled through many exercises. I would not be where I am at in my recovery right now without her expertise, experience, and guidance! She was able to tackle my vision and vestibular issues. Most importantly, she was able to coach me through functional rehab so I can start getting back into the things I loved to do pre-injury! I recommend Lauren to all my friends struggling with PCS - she’s really changing the game in PCS recovery. I’m forever grateful that her care is accessible!
