I have recommended Dr. Goss to many co-workers and would to a family member if someone needed a new eye doctor. I have been a patient for about 10 years. She is always so attentive and caring. During one issue she met me at her office with her family in tow as she was out with her family. She always listens to my concerns and helps to correct or explain why something is happening. During a recent issue where my appointment vanished from their system, yes folks life does happen at times, she realized my immediate need so asked me to come back in 4 hours which she then spent 45-60 minutes of her undivided attention on my issue. I have seen other doctors in her practice during her maternity leaves so I would recommend any of them.
