Everyone there is so nice and so friendly and so caring and helpful. Also very positive and encouraging which really makes a big difference. And Kelsey was just great. She somehow found all the right spots. Ones I didn't even know I had. My arm feels better even after one session and I think I even notice a slight improvement in my thumb. I want more! I only wish I didn't live so far away. Telavisits are ok but a little difficult to do hands-on. Lol. Anyway, aside from her great physical help she was so fun and full of enthusiasm, she instilled some in me at a needed time. On top of all that, she's a quilter! What could be better than that?
