I went to the Lotus Massage facility due to shoulder and lower back tightness and pain. My previous experiences with massages left a sour taste in my mouth as I felt that they never resulted in pain/tightness reduction. This was not the case after visiting Kate. She did a fantastic job relieving the pressure and soreness I was experiencing.
