I was faced with surgery. I became a advocate for myself and decided against it.I opted for physical therapy, little did I know that I would meet the most knowledgeable and caring person. Kari is a awesome person and the absolute Best Therapist. I could barely lift my arm or turn my neck when I first went into the office. The first few weeks were hard, as I my sessions ended I had complete extension of my neck and shoulder. She gave me tools to use at home to continue my progress. I can’t imagine where I would be had I opted for surgery.
