I've had a slew of shoulder issues in my life - two labrum surgeries, a musculoskeletal spasm issue, impingement, scapular dyskinesia, and now arthritis at 25. When I moved to New Jersey, I didn't know the area and was experiencing severe impingement issues. I met Dr. Jon back in 2018 and over the course of four months, he helped me regain not just my strength and mobility, but my confidence as well. Two years later, a few months after I learned I had arthritis, I heard that Dr. Jon had opened his own clinic, and I instantly jumped on board. Dr. Crawford is extremely flexible in his approach and ability to create practical programs suited to your needs and goals. Having spent 8 years doing physical therapy for my shoulder at nearly 10 different clinics, Dr. Jon is the first and only physician who treated me one-on-one AND created an at-home program I could engage with on my own time. He isn't just an incredible physical therapist and fantastic individual, he actually genuinely cares
