Ilene Watrous has changed my life with her exceptional, hands-on therapy and genuine caring. Multiple Sclerosis caused diminished sensation in my feet, leg weakness, muscle stiffness, and balance and coordination issues. Ilene's integrative therapy has been a godsend in reducing pain, promoting healing, and increasing my mobility. As a masterful teacher, she has taught me gentle exercises and a wide range of alternative techniques so I can cope and head off problems myself. It's called self-care, though I also continue with tune ups as part of my wellness program. One very effective mind-body process that cannot be done alone is Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Ilene is a pro at this, having gone through extensive training. When I feel tense or overwhelmed, Ilene, with a light, sensitive touch to my head and spine, can remarkably release blockages in my nervous system. I regain my equilibrium and come away feeling anchored and focused. Ilene Watrous is an incredible physical therapist!
