Frank Romney is awesome. He is the best Physical Therapist I have ever been to. I had seen 3 Chiropractors and they left me so I could not turn my head. Was going to try a 4th and then remembered Frank Romney and how he could fix things. I made an appointment and he has really helped. I had used him years ago before we moved to St. George and now we are back I decided to user him again. He always makes things better & has a great sense of humor.
