I visited Ethan Hope's Physical Therapy office with knee soreness, a history of back pain, and a past shoulder injury, and I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience. Ethan conducted a thorough assessment- pinpointing restrictions and weakness in my hips and limited mobility in my shoulders and upper back. His hands-on treatment was gentle yet incredibly effective.Beyond immediate relief, Ethan designed a personalized exercise regimen targeting my specific issues. These exercises played a pivotal role in strengthening and improving my overall mobility. In just a few days, I noticed a remarkable enhancement in my range of motion. I felt taller, more open, and more mobile than I have in years- and this was only after 2 sessions with him!Unlike many other healthcare professionals, Ethan takes the time to really listen and conduct an extremely thorough history to gain an understanding of my past injuries and he wanted to know what my specific goals. I highly recommend Ethan Hope.
