Our visit with the Doctor was exceptional! I took my whole family in one go, and the doctor took care of all of them individually. The doctor took his time, didn't rush, and made great recommendations. We appreciate his knowledge, experience, and care. HOWEVER, his secretary is very unprofessional. Today 02/20/23, I called the office to replace a pair of my glasses that broke. I could even consider paying them out of pocket. She seemed uneased when she picked up the call. She gave me two options that weren't the best. I work. I inquired about a better option, and the secretary transformed. She began accusing me and telling me that she already gave me two options, and I didn't want them. She then went on to tell me that she was a "little busy" and hung up the call. What??? Hanging up a call on a patient that needs care because she's too busy to do her actual job in giving me an appointment? If anyone knows about how to reach the doctor another way, please, do tell.
