Emily Kaemmerlen has changed by life! I had dealt with chronic injuries of the shoulder and ankle for years and things gradually became more uncomfortable. When my physician recommended PT with Dr. Kaemmerlen, I was happy to try it! Within three visits, the discomfort took another trajectory. She gave me the time and practice to be sure that I knew exactly how to perform the exercises. She explained why each one would make a difference. I learned how to take better care of myself and I'm back to my regular routines of playing viola, practicing yoga, and HIIT running. Gratitude for her expertise and patience motivates me to write this review and encourage others to take advantage of improved mobility and intelligent self care.
