I visited Dr. Yao this morning in his Ave U's office. This is my first time meeting him and I have to say, Dr. Yao's responsible, reasonable, understandable, and considerable bedside manner impressed me so much. I'm a person, who worships the "natural healing" theory and always avoids the clinic because of it's long waiting. I only go to see the doctors when I have to, such as the mandatory immunizations and the check-ups from the workforces. The experience of visit ing Dr. Yao today really gave me a big surprise. There was just a few minutes waiting time since he's kind of new to the office and probably not many people knew him yet. Hey, but the most of the most, Dr. Yao was so patient to hear my "stupid" medical demand without showing any impatient attitudes or mocking at my unprofessional opinions. He heard and explained to me in details and I really appreciated his service. I feel like that we have already built up a benign doctor-patient relationship since the first time.
