It shouldn't get any better than to see a psychiatrist who is as much an expert in people as they are in medicine. But it does get better than that -- Dr. Vijal Parikh also understands Long Covid. And I can tell you that neuropsychiatric symptoms of Long Covid are otherwise unfigureoutable. We resisted at first because he's out of network, but that was a mistake. We've learned that the best psychiatrists in our area are out of network. He's saving us from ruin. I say "us" because both hubby and I had suffered from Long Covid, but hubby more so. We came to the doctor in total despair, but now we both have a bright future, with thanks to Dr. Parikh. Have I gotten my point across? LOL.
