Dr Morgan performed rotator surgery on me over 20 yrs ago in Peoria Illinois. Best decision I ever made. Prior to scheduling he asked if I have any questions. I asked, "are you good at what you do?". Responded I'm the best there is in Peoria. The call me the bionic Dr. Good enough for me! Full tear, I had a full tennis serve in 4 months. But...... You HAVE to do the therapy.
