I've been coming here for a bit now, and everyone is very kind, caring and polite. My appts are scheduled easily, refills always ready, they even text me when they send my refills to the pharmacy. Dr. Massad is very caring, well educated and all around a great doctor. When needed I go to a specialist and he even keeps in contact with the specialist so all my info, labs and care are in harmony and he's updated! Good medical office in Lake Havasu City.
