Dr. Smith has my thumbs up. I went for some sinus issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns. Had visual contact with me the whole time. She was so nice and understanding. She was very thorough in her exam. She did two biopsies on me and explained all the details to me. Dr. Smith and her staff had a wonderful bedside manner. They instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was very happy with my experience. I am very disappointed that Northwestern does not allow patients to write doctor reviews on the Northwestern website.
