I was always stubbornly resistant to starting therapy because the idea of someone telling me how to live my life was nauseating to me; however, through working with Dr Gupta I have found it to be a great balancing and stabilizing force that I can rely on to live my best life. I am grateful for Dr Gupta's perspective and insights that have been super helpful from Day 1.
