I had been suffering from lightheadedness and fainting spells for three months, but had no idea I had a problem with my heart until a few days ago when I was admitted to hospital with uncontrolled tachycardia--my heart rate was cycling up and down between 60 and 160 beats per minute throughout the day and night Dr. Iravanian performed a cardiac ablation two days later, fitting me into his schedule at short notice. His surgical team was great, too. They were friendly and humorous and made me feel relaxed and happy. The operation made me feel better immediately. There was no pain at all, not even discomfort, and the small incision in my leg healed completely within a few days. Best of all, the day after the surgery I woke up feeling completely back to normal--I felt so energized! I wanted to get out of bed and go for a run! Three days later, and still no recurrence of the tachycardia! I am very grateful that he was able to do the procedure so quickly and so skillfully.
