Dr. Knowles is a really great primary care physician. He's very responsive to questions and concerns. The few times I've needed to get in touch with him I've always gotten a same day phone call or email back which would have been unheard of at my previous primary care practice. From my experience he really values the patient's voice and wants them to have a say in their own care. The office is a busy one though so wait times can be a little longer than they would be in an ideal world.
