From the time I walked in for my visit I was greeted at the front desk and taken care of. My appointment was actually at the end of the month and I was in panic mode and they were able to get me in way earlier due to a cancellation. The nurse listened to my concerns and wrote down notes and was so kind. Then Dr McNail came in to see me and put me at ease. She listened to everything I had to say again and gave me prescriptions for all my needs and all assured me I could call with questions or come back. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a Dr office on many years. I’m so thankful as I’ve had a very rough and painful three weeks. I am a nurse myself and when something is wrong with me I am the worst patient, always try to just tough it out and then think the worst. I recommend this Dr and office staff to anyone!
