First impressions were the front staff was polite, friendly, efficient. I was taken promptly and the nurse that took my vitals and performed the EKG was also warm, friendly and compassionate. This was my first cardiac event and she calmed me.,Dr Knotts was running late and I was told and she apologized as did Dr Knotts. He was wonderful, caring, an excellent listener. He wanted to hear my symptoms w/o interruption. He explained the plan step by step in detail answered all my questions. I left concerned about my health scare but knew I was in the best hands for remediation.
