My 22 year old daughter just had Pectus surgery with Dr. Gates. If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone in his office from the front desk to check out were excellent and so kind. Dr. Gates is the most compassionate and skilled surgeon I have ever met. He was able to diagnose what multiple specialists over many years could not. My daughter's life is forever changed by the surgery he performed and we are forever grateful to him! We highly recommend Dr. Gates and his practice!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
