Had my appointment this morning with Dr Tambay for two spinal injections. He explained the procedure thoroughly to me. I was nervous to say the least but with just a slight pinch during the injections l knew l was in good hands. Sore now but to be expected. Will follow his recommendations for the next few days and looking forward to that long walk to test things out and see if these injections will be the answer to my pain. Fingers crossed because l haven’t been pain free for a long, long time.
