Dr Chao came highly recommended from a friend and I haven't been disappointed. He is very inquisitive, experienced and goes to the root of the issues. Contrary to some of these reviews he has personally contacted me even on his off hours or vacation time and being a smaller practice he doesn't have lots of people to answer phones all day long for some of these impatient people commenting on here so as with everything else you should develop a little patience. The man is highly intelligent and helpful. He will listen to you and steer you in the right direction. I have years of experience dealing with the unprofessional opposites so I'm telling you this is a different experience altogether. Do yourself a favor and don't listen to the negative reviews from the negative Nancy's. This Doctor is A1.
