I was hesitant to accept Dr. Song as my provider assigned by my insurance because of the bad reviews, but decide to give it a try, and am glad I did. My experience has been nothing but positive. I actually enjoy the fact I can just walk in without an appointment instead of a long wait. She has been always very nice and attended to my needs. So judge for yourself. I personally think that one of the reviews complaining about a fan in her office while she was trying to keep office open and not get sick while seeing patients is a little frivolous review. Common we should be grateful to any medical stuff that was taking care of people during that time. Anyhow, just sharing my experience to bring balance to the negative reviews, as my experience doesn’t match that at all.
