VERY PLEASANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. TALKS WITH YOU, NOT AT YOU. VERY ATTENTIVE AND UNDERSTANDING TO MY MEDICAL ISSUES. I HAVEN'T SEEN HER SINCE COVID SURGE BUT I FEEL I CAN HUG HER "HELLO AGAIN" LIKE FAMILY. I HAVE FOUND THAT BEING EDUCATED OF ONES OWN MEDICAL CONDITIONS WILL HELP BRIDGE THE COMMUNICATION GAP.
