I had a problem with a recurring knee itch that had been bothering me for years. Other dermatologists had not been helpful. I was referred to Dr. Pilcher by another doctor in a different type of practice. Dr. Pilcher prescribed a steroid cream that helped immensely. In addition she prescribed a cream for the mild Rosacia I had been experiencing, & diagnosed a potentially cancerous spot on my face next to my nose. She biopsy proved cancerous, and on a subsequent visit, after numbing the area, she removed the spot. It was totally painless. Her work was so precise that we both agreed on the follow-up visit that no stitches were necessary, and the mark, next to my nose, is now almost totally invisible. Outstanding job. Unfortunately I understand she is now limiting her practice to this type of surgery instead of general dermatology. I consider her well above any other skin doctor I had gone to in the past(I had tried 2 others).I can recommend her to others without hesitation.
