My experience with doctor Tien after two consults have been very positive. I understand no one doctor can be perfect when patients are worried, scared and hurting, however I didn't feel at all rushed or made to feel like I couldn't ask my questions or struggle to understand the doctors explanations. The staff is well versed in their duties, everyone made me feel valued and not like a number. The hospital is easy to get lost in as offices are in 2 buildings. I really appreciate their pharmacy is open 24hrs. I'm currently being treated for elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure, usual old man stuff.
