On September 22, 2022, I had my annual physical examination. Your office invoiced the appointment using the incorrect code, and as a result, my insurance did not cover some portion of the bill. When I checked with my insurance company, they stated that there was no claim for an annual physical. When I checked with your office, they realized the problem with the billing code and submitted another claim to insurance for payment. The billing code issue on the previous bill was never fixed. Because of this, the amount I owe has now climbed even more as per your billing department. I visited your office several times to get it fixed, but the problem has yet to be rectified. Looks like there is no collaboration between your billing department and your office. Insurance will not process it unless you guys fix the code. It has been nine months now. I am not sure how to deal with your office or billing department. Hope this will be taken care soon.
