Dr. Gilbert has been my PCP for over 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to things that come up and need follow up. She is direct in addressing concerns and yet calming and rational. She has referred me to specialists to check on concerns and yet she has always had a good feel idea about whatever the situation was and communicates with me throughout. She responds to emails and has always answered all my questions or concerns. She has a good sense of humor when the time is appropriate, as she knows me and knows how to assure me and keep me focused and calm. I appreciate Dr. Gilbert, and I'm grateful i was referred to her when my previous doctor left the facility.
