I've been going to Dr. Fliegelman for 13 years for cosmetic procedures and he is brilliant at administering them, the result always looks fantastic. I have also had him for a surgical procedure and my issue was taken care of easily and efficiently. Plus, he's just an all-around nice, good guy, would highly recommend. The office staff are fantastic too.
