Love this Doc! He spends time, listens and addresses all of your concerns. He is very friendly and made me feel very much at ease. I'm very happy with Dr. Phillips and feel comfortable to ask questions. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
