Finest, kindest, most brilliant physician I ever met. Doctor Panganiban solved the problem with my child and saved the life of my child. The best doctor I ever knew. I am a physician, and I am proud to be a member of a professiion that includes Doctor Panganiban!!! A truly great physician!
