As a Canadian from western Canada my first meeting was via zoom to review the MRI I had sent in as per website instructions. Office staff are very efficient and thorough in arranging said meeting. The staff are quick to answer or return calls and emails. We reviewed my MRI and Dr. Cantor layed out the procedure and confirmed that I was a candidate for the hypersonic method, I agreed to proceed and I had a date for surgery approx a month and a half later. Compared to the 12 to 24 months in Canada just to get in the Dr. office for him to explain what he would do then possibly another 12-24 months for surgery. Dr Cantor is very thorough in that he lays out a pre op diet and a regime proven to increase the chance of success also post op care is A1. His team initiated contact with Holy Cross hospital giving them my particulars so they were able to contact me and make my dealings with them Wonderful. My experience at Holy Cross was fantastic from start to finish. A great team.
