I particularly appreciated his thoughtful and caring approach and explanation in conjunction with a personalized and detailed treatment plan. I came in with a rather extensive list of questions, many he hit on and answered without my asking, but he patiently allowed me to ask all my questions without rushing me or cutting me short. I have full confidence and trust in him and as a result of my experience highly recommend Dr. Hackett.
