Dr Nicandri suggests the most conservative approaches to return an individual to pain free functionality. This is what medicine should be about. If a cortisone injection will work that is the step taken. If surgery is required that step will be taken with a very complete explanation. He is busy but on the date of your appointment a team is available to address your concerns quickly. I think he one of the best
